  Just had new heating system put in and was told it would be energy saving and more economical in the long run. My partner and I both suffer from respiratory and disability problems so was looking forward to a nice warm home. Alas we were up freezing our taters off as the thermostat didn't get above 17c. We had oil before and it was beautiful and so warm. I now wish in hindsight we had stuck to our old system. We rung the office and to see about the heating system and the girl on the phone just yawned and I think it must have been to early for her as it was nine o'clock. If any one has had similar problems with there heating I would be grateful if they could let me know how it works properly. Kj Moore.

  94 year old, left without heating or water since installation (oct 17) . Ping pong from worcester bosche to warmer engineering , eventually got an independant in. Now a new fault. Do not use this company.

  The company's 'time keeping' is shambolic. They told me one time, but came out hours later. Why specify an AM appointment, when the only time the company could arrange for an engineer to come out would be in the afternoon (PM) Pathetic! They also do not clean up after themselves in a proficient manner!
