  Absolutely zero stars. It's a shame I can't leave minuses. My vehicle has been there twice for the same issue. The first time i reported that gears were difficult to get into and that, once in gear, it would often be very difficult to get out of the gear The dealership took the vehicle for a short test drive and said it was fine. I got it back and nothing had changed. This resulted in me being involved in a collision. They are denying any fault at all I reported the stereo sound quality changed randomly from a deep sound to a tinny sound. They claim to have updated the firmware on the stereo. I am struggling to believe that as nothing changed there either I reported that the "charging cradle" on the dashboard top was reading as a computer on devices which are plugged into it. They still are since the workshop and Vauxhall UK refuse to investigate it. They have now had my vehicle for three days. They have changed the clutch master cylinder - the fault was diagnosed after two minutes by an independent specialist. I have been invited to pay to have the work done elsewhere at my cost. The service manager, Mike Doyle, is rude, unhelpful, arrogant and dismissive of anyone else's point of view. When informed of his staff's numerous failings as far as communication, customer service and technical ability he simply raises his voice, bordering on abusive, states they are not willing to investigate as they have already done so last time they had the vehicle DO NOT USE LOOKERS LIVERPOOL. WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Good service from friendly knowledgeable staff. Comfortable seating area with refreshment available for customers. But, diabolical customer parking especially for disabled drivers.
