- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-11-02, by Charlotte HarrisonDon’t get my wrong this shopnis expensive (I paid £90 for two bears, one frozen one beast - from beauty and the beast) but I can’t fault the staff in here in the slightest. Absolutely excellent customer service and delightful towards my two little girls. I wish I’d of took the mans name who dealt with us because he really did go above and beyond to help us and explain everything to us. You could tell he loved what he did! Will use again next year
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-08-27, by Therese CowanArrived early with my 5 year old grandson and we were warmly welcomed by Jon and Sarah. We had a lovely time choosing his Hulk bear and he loved helping with putting in the heart and operating the stuffing machine. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend going early during the school holidays.
