  Visited the store today and was given the highest level of customer service from a lady called Sue on the photographic counter. If there is such a thing as "employee of the month" it should most certainly go to this lady. Professional and super friendly. Boots, she's a credit to you. Thanks Sue!

  Love boots always the number one place I go to when I need my essentials, the staff are always so sweet and helpful but today I was served by one extremely rude women she would not even look up at me whilst I was being served by her, she spoke to me like I was an inconviniance no please or thank you, she only bothered to offer me a bag when she seen I was waiting for it then she says "do you want a bag their 7p" she proceeds to get the bag and throws my items in and literally drops the bag on the counter . He name was sue perfume consultant. Don't know what her problem is but I was quite angered by her attitude.

  Went into boots Clayton square today to purchase a gift for my partner. A lovely lady named Clare S , served me and she was the loveliest lady ever. She gave me information on the different size bottles they had and also told me about the boots points you get etc. After I purchased the after shave she kindly asked me if i would like it gift wrapped. So she took me over to the dior stand, told me to take a seat while she wrapped up the gift! Plus she complemented my outfit aswell :) Thank you for me treating me so nicely Clare xxx

  Waited 15 minutes to be given my click and collect order. What's the point in this service if it would be quicker to walk down the aisle, find the item and pay at the normal desk?
