  Manager (Steve) met us at entrance took us straight to item we required. Showed us options and gave advice. He then gave us advice on Broadband etc as we informed we are looking to change suppliers. Pleasant easy transaction. Thank You

  Tried to buy a basic electric cooker from here. Salesman told me I wasn't qualified to install the cooker (I am) told me it was against the law for me to install it. (It isn't) then told me it was impossible for me to buy the cable as no shop would sell it so I had to pay them £75 to install it for me. (Or you could walk to one of three other stores on the same complex that sell this magical piece of wire.) He then spent five minutes trying to force feed me an extended warranty, despite repeatedly stating that I didn't want one. Then tried again... . Stop lying to customers.
